We worked with Ryan on the purchase of our new home and sale of our condo. He worked hard for us for 8 month until we house the perfect house for us and got our condo sold in 24 hours! Having a desire to move closer to family my husband and I decided to purchase a condo in Vermont while living out of state. The team at Light 1 Realty responded promptly and efficiently. Our agent, Ryan Spooner, was excellent to work with. He was vigilant in giving us virtual showings and in finding us the exact location we requested.
