As I was checking out of the store today, I noticed a sign at the counter that said "please refrain from using terms such as ma'am (and a few others that I don't remember because I was so shocked that i was being told what i can and can't say by management). I like the store but I will never support them again as I find it rude and disrespectful, especially when I'm a paying customer.
