Unethical and overstepping. My elderly father cancelled and dropped them as providers to have them call emergency services to do a wellness check while he was resting and awaiting lab results for serious concerns. Stay away from this place. They are harmful to their patients and vindictive towards their families if their version of care doesn't suit the patients needs.
They were really great! Very kind staff and would definitely recommend!

My review is that I felt info was always rendered second hand, was nebulous and their delivery to me felt so removed, cold and actually quite punitive in tone. In therapy a client (like a customer) is always right and should be treated with empathy on EVERY level from intake to termination but they showed micro-aggressions from start.
