DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE OWNED OF AND OPERATED BY BRIAN LIGHT, ONE OF THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE I HAVE RUN INTO IN A LONG TIME. HE TREATS HIS EMPLOYEES WITH DISDAIN, REGULARLY YELLING AND BEING PHYSICALLY VIOLENT. DO NOT SUPPORT A BUSINESS WITH UNFAIR LABOR PRACTICES
I agree with the last post that they are the most unprofessional moving company I have ever used. They damaged numerous items including an antique table from Holland and an antique hand carved chair from Belgium, and will not repair them. It is now three weeks later and they are still "investigating the damage." Not sure what they are investigating since their own driver admitted they damaged the items, and took pictures of the damage himself. The most unprofessional business I have ever encountered in my life. If you use them, just pray nothing goes wrong or you will be screwed. They will give you the run a round for ever and their customer service is awful!! Their manager sounds like an ex-con on the phone. Bunch of scum bags
Excellent Service – Amazing service! The company was extremely proactive in getting our furniture delivered on time. The delivery guys, Lawrence and Donny, were friendly, hard-working and extremely careful with the furniture. A couple of items were defective out of the box - they immediately called the furniture company and ordered replacements. Awesome Movers! – Light Speed Delivery has moved me twice over the course of three years. Each time the movers have been on time and have completed the job in the assigned time. The price came in the same as my quote. I had three other moving companies bid on the project and Light Speed came in the most competitive. If you luck out with either Brian (the owner) or D on your move you can go buy a lottery ticket. You just hit the jackpot....both guys are great to work with. Great service!! – Ok - so I have used many moving companies in the past and this was by far my best experience. I was referred to Light Speed Delivery & Moving from a friend who had used them with great results & so I decided to give them a shot. These guys moved fast while still taking great care of my furniture. The crew was incredibly friendly and seemed to really know what they were doing!
