LightSource Counseling gave me hope back. When I came in I was depressed and didn’t believe I could get any better, but kept coming because I didn’t know what else to do. That was a great choice, as I was able to get a tremendous amount of healing in my time here and my life is much better now. I felt like I was listened to and cared about, and got solid tools and techniques to improve, while processing difficult emotions in session. I would highly recommend LightSource.
I am so thankful to have found LightSource Counseling and Lisa. She is so knowledgeable about trauma work and utilizes so many different techniques to help her clients heal. I believe that she truly wants to help her clients to find/restore balance and joy in their lives. Lisa continually seeks out new healing methods and implements them. I am getting so much stronger since I've worked with her.
