Was content with my therapist but there was some sort of falling out between him and LOA. LOA contacted me in an effort to set me up with another of their therapists. I was surprised and disappointed they did not offer to connect me with him that I might continue therapy with as little interruption as possible. It seems they put their bottom line before their clients (referring to the business rather than therapists)
Very nice, very helpful especially since this is my first time going into therapy. Its been a good experience so far.
Our family has loved light on anxiety! We have worked with them for our seven-year-old daughter, and for me personally. The whole process has been seamless, and everyone is friendly, helpful, and very kind.
