I did four treatments of myofascial release with Jamie, I came in barely able to move with my back and ribs locked up and spasming. I saw Jamie for a series of four myofascial release sessions. She did a thorough review of my pain, symptoms, aggravations, and possible causes. I admit that I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the end result was being free of the low back pain that had plagued me on and off for a few months.
