I highly recommend Tracie for anyone experiencing panic attacks or anxiety. I started getting panic attacks and heightened anxiety earlier in the year and started seeing her weekly shortly after. She immediately helped get my panic attacks under control and through the next few months, helped teach me strategies for managing my anxiety. After about five months, with my anxiety under control, we both agreed that I no longer needed to come in on a weekly basis (call if needed now).
