Over priced , poor quality , bogus warranty by so called premium builder. Bought a house year back, after one year inspection, had to do some roof repair(Missing shingles), after the repair under warranty request , leaking water in 2nd floor after a week. Was fine before they stepped on roof. 13th month, it won't be covered in warranty they say "Act of god ". Not to mention fence repair under a year, not covered as well. Very expensive and not worthy. 3000 sq ft costs 900k is a joke! These builders have made a deal with each other to fool general public by releasing only few houses at a time and this will not work for long!
