If you're going through a lot medically I would not recommend here. I ended up doing everything myself INCLUDING chnaging out my own trach.

I have never had such a difficult time scheduling an appointment for an exam with Dr. Light. The customer service provided is severely lacking. I would not recommend this office. It was ok a few years ago when I last saw the doctor but it’s terrible now. Too bad. I need to find a new ENT.
My appointment for an ear cleaning and a hearing test. It surprised me that they did the hearing test before the ear cleaning… I had many tests that I did not even expect to have including a video camera in my ears and up my nose. I wound up leaving with three prescriptions, including prednisone and an allergy medication neither of which I was expecting, and I was not there for a sick visit… Very confused that they would ask me also to come back for a CAT scan of the sinuses.
