During 2 min visit I couldn’t get any diagnosis, zero answers on my questions, just recommendation for allergy test . Quickest visit ever ! Soon I got extremely high bill . After discussing with billing department about quality of dr visit and high price , 2 weeks later I got even higher than previous one with different medical codes, just made up by Ms. Valetta . I’m going report their dishonest approach to the patients. !

I had a septoplasty, balloon sinuplasty and turbinate reduction done by Dr. Archer and she did a phenomenal job. My breathing now is even better than I'd expected and it's still early in the healing. Big thanks to her and her surgical team for the help.
I went to Light ENT for a simple ear cleaning, but my experience was extremely concerning. When I arrived, I was told that my ears were already clean and didn’t need any cleaning at all. Despite that, the nurse practitioner proceeded to insert a camera into my nose and said my hearing issues could be related to allergies. She prescribed three medications and said that, after 30 days of treatment, I had to return for a CT scan. Something happened with the front desk people. All I did was call in to try to schedule an appointment and they started yelling at me, two of them and for whatever the reason they were saying to me "stop yelling" and I wasn't.... The doctors are fine but the office staff are having a really bad day. I think they were trying have somebody near them hear them say the words "stop yelling at me". Wow really sad that this office became toxic
