Superb experience all around. Appointment was confirmed in one day. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The physician assistant Karilin Campos was right on time and took care of my hearing problem and explained the treatment and recommended how to treat this going forward.
It’s hard to believe that so few medical offices do not or cannot operate this well! The admin staff, after multiple visits, is always nice and ready for my appearance. Both Dr. Schenley and Dr. Light are well organized, always on-time, easy to talk with, quite knowledgeable, and enthusiastic as are their techs and associates. I stopped into the office today and it was totally dark. Not one light one (no pun intended). Lunchtime comes, everyone leaves. I spoke to a tech there and it just seems like the quick machine visit. He seems to only care about the $$$$, not you.
