Dr Light was professional, clear communication and provided a fabulous plan to improve my situation. Office is convenient and located and staff is super pleasant.
Last week I had the pleasure of having Dr. Melissa Schenley check my hearing. This was the first hearing test I ever had and Dr. Schenley was incredible. She explained everything in detail and made sure I understood all aspects of the exam. She was extremely thorough and made the experience enjoyable. I look forward to having my follow up with her in 6 months. I highly recommend her to anyone concerned about their hearing.
Unacceptable service, I have been going there for a voice issue, had a follow up appt and traveled there early for my appt and the young receptionist basicaly sent me away because my insurance changed and said I needed a referal which could take a week to get--my primary doctor has NOT changed and already refered me, I work for a prestigious school and have great coverage incuding a Mastercard to cover any expenses-I pleadeed that I was on a high dose of medicine and would like to see a doctor and not wait a week, she said t... read more
Love Dr. Highstein. All the doctors in this practice are great. They give you time and listen to your issues.
I have to admit, I was a bit concerned about having my deviated septum surgery, but Dr. light and his staff quickly put me at ease. They were incredibly accommodating and took time to explain everything thoroughly. The procedure went flawlessly. I experienced little to no pain, and even the removal of the splints from my nose was painless. I am very pleased with the entire experience and can now breathe through my nose with ease.
