I’m 62 and have been obviously going to the Dentist for a very long time. My experience today was the best that I can remember. Emily did a wonderful job polishing and flossing my teeth. Then Dr Hsieh came in and did her job well. I don’t think that there was anything specifically “amazing” about what either of them did, it was just the care and efficiency in how they went about their work and took care of me. They should be commended for their work.
I started using Light Dental Studio after I moved to Kent, upon recommendation of other members of my family who are patients of Dr Nicole Hsieh. I must say that I am very pleased with my experience at Light Dental Studio, all the way from the receptionist Sydney, to the Dental Assistant Aurora and to Dr. Hsieh. Best dental office I’ve gone to. Dr Hsu does a great job, front desk is very friendly, and so are the dental assistants and hygienists. It eases my dental anxiety.
Went to Light Dental for initial exam and cleaning. After taking x-rays, Miss Fantastic commences polishing my teeth. The dentist has not conducted an exam or discussed the x-rays. They ask me about past cleaning type and frequency. The dentist shows up to tell me that it would cost $310.40 for a periodontal cleaning. I considered that comparable to past treatment costs and decided to proceed with the cleaning. He told me it would have to be in two visits since he would be numbing the gums (I thought a bit much).
