I made an online appointment as a new patient earlier this week for a next week Monday appointment and called multiple times throughout this week to get a confirmation. I came in for a wisdom teeth evaluation and after having a great experience, I decided to go with light dental and Dr. Chen for my Wisdom Teeth Removal Surgery. Being forgetful, I forgot to pick up my medications at a pharmacy and realized the night before at 9pm. I called their after- hours line and shortly after, Dr. Chen personally reached out to me and addressed what I was worried about and assured me that they will provide me with what I need in the office before my surgery. Dr. Chen and her staff at Light Dental Studios in Covington are great to work with. The staff is always welcoming, cheerful and caring. It is evident Dr. Chen is highly skilled, dedicated to her craft, and she takes time to explain each step in my implant process. Implants are expensive so you want them done right. You're in good hands here.
Had my wisdom teeth removed with Light Dental Studios. Everything went smooth. Very friendly and nice! Gave great after care instructions and followed up 2 weeks later!
I had a tooth extraction performed by Dr Gharpure. It was a great experience! No kidding. Communication with him was exceptional. He explained the procedure well and answered any questions that I had. A few times during the procedure he told me what I was experiencing. This put me at ease. I had very little discomfort. He and the rest of the staff (Yesi, Maria & Jennie) showed great care for me during this whole experience. I have complete confidence in this office.
