My experience at this clinic is top notch! Dr. Feider is an excellent communicator and staff are always professional and friendly.
Dr. Chen and Jennie provided exceptional dental service, and I am very pleased with their care. However, I would like to provide an update regarding my follow-up appointment. While the service from Dr. Chen and Jennie was excellent, my experience with the front office was less satisfactory. I had oral surgery this month, and I was well equipped by the entire team regarding expectations. Dr. Gharpure, his assistant Yesi, and the front office ladies Maria and Jenny were fantastic! The process went superbly, my recovery swift, and they even called to check on how I was feeling. I am most grateful for such a personable, professional group of people ; they sincerely care about their patients. Thank you all.
