Dr. Chen and Jennie provided exceptional dental service, and I am very pleased with their care. However, I would like to provide an update regarding my follow-up appointment. While the service from Dr. Chen and Jennie was excellent, my experience with the front office was less satisfactory. My follow-up appointment was canceled due to a power outage, which was understandable. The front office did leave a voicemail to inform me of this. I love this Dental Studio, I've been going for probably 15 years. First- I have panic attacks at any dentist. It's either gas or sedation- I've been known to leave if they don't have gas and I'm doing a filling They are very careful to make you comfortable, and do the Novicaine in an expanding circle as the prior injection takes effect. Been here a long time, and plan on staying. Give them a try, it's worth the time! Thank you Light Dental!
This is the best dentist I’ve had since I moved here 4 years ago. The office staff is great and the assistants are kind and knowledgeable. I would be happy to recommend this office to anyone.
I was very reluctant to see a Dentist for I have severe anxiety. I was searching for a dentist that would be willing to handle my situation. Doctor Feider was a godsend! He was very kind, understanding, and knowledgeable and explained everything to me. I felt I was in good hands and he made me comfortable in my treatment.
