Very clean and comfortable location with a noticeable effort in privacy. We've been here a few times now, as well as meeting with a counselor remotely (like Zoom). We've had very positive experience with all of the staff and plan to continue going here until we're done.
I am very pleased with the help we've received from our counselor Courtney at the West End Richmond location. I love that I almost always reach a receptionist when I call vs having to leave a message and wait for a call back. The staff is friendly and the portal is helpful for relaying information or asking a question. Courtney has been a blessing, and we look forward to each session.
