I absolutely love Jessica, she’s a powerhouse! Her prayers alone have changed my life. I can be so transparent with her and she always gets me back on track. I love that we can look at mental health through a medical Lens while also including God. I get so excited for my appointments and I’m always sad when the hour is up. Light counseling has completely changed my life. I’m so glad to have met Jessica.

If being treated as a person of value and in a professional manner by a therapist and the company they work for is important to you…stay FAR away from this place. We were seeing Courtney Murden until she effectively ghosted us out of the blue, and when I contacted the clinical director seeking an explanation he assured me he would look into it and get back to me “within a day or so”, and still haven’t heard anything from him almost a week later. Great practice! Super nice and helpful staff! My counselor is wonderful and listens well, encourages me, helps me identify things I need to work on, helps me process trauma, and she prays with me and points me to Christ, the one who can and has truly helped me heal!
