Very impressed with their service. Ordered some bulbs for our office, some broken in transit, and they are promptly shipping out replacements. Will certainly do business with them again and will recommend them to others.
If you need ANY kind of light bulb, these people either have it in stock or can get it for you. Have been doing business with them for a dozen years now at their retail location. Larry, Robert & Shannon greet me by name and are always very helpful. Also LOVE the fact that I am supporting a locally owned business! Would recommend them wholeheartedly!
Just talked to Craig on the phone and ordered 2 Ott-Lite bulbs that I couldn't find anywhere in my area, and I've been shopping for days, ugh!
