Great Service, and reasonable prices on many hard to find items. 13 year Customer. They offer free delivery on Commercial orders.
Called them about my requireenter for a new fixture to go over my kitchen sink. Thomas said they didn't have much of that kind of thing, but made several recommendations.
This is a great place to go these guys have things you cannot find anywhere else. Thank you for being there.
Great customer service and about every LED light build you can imagine. They have some Good outdoor lighting ideas and decorative lighting too, and they deliver!
If they could receive no stars, that's the rating I would give them. Sales associates don't know what they are selling you. They don't offer to order the correct bulb(as another reviewer has said), they just sell you the wrong bulb. Absolutely non existent customer service. Watch counter help turn up their noses when you have a return. A guy that came in before me was told he could not return his huge commercial light fixture because the box had been opened. Imagine yourself among several row of lightbulbs of all shapes, sizes and wattage. The Light Bulb Depot has it all and if they don't will order it for you. The receptionist who answers the phone is quite courteous and knowledgeable, the counter help laugh and tease each other and are very helpful.
