Very unhelpful. Owner Kathy did not seem to care about options manufacturers provide, did not want to be bothered to find out. Also gave us samples that were unorderable after we decided to order that material, due to the samples being way out of date. If you want to waste your time, this is the place.
We scored a very small (5X7) piece of vinyl that prompted us to remodel our bathroom. I went into the store and asked if there was anyone available that I can ask advice from, just a few questions. The lady at the desk, while all smiles, flat out refused to help. She said things like "I don't recognize the brand". I told her again that it didn't come from here and what difference does the brand make? She said "I don't even know if it's fiberglass backing or felt". I had the sample right in my hand.
