Lived at Liggett Apts for many years. Lisa, Tim, and Jim are all great people. Maintenance is top notch.
Lisa Jim and James were wonderful landlords to me for 10yrs. I've never had any issues. All maintenance request were done in a timely manor. Grass was cut weekly, well kept apartments. I would highly recommend them. Bryden Rd is where I lived. 2001-2011
Lisa is wonderful land lord . Tim and he's brother do amazing job on maintenance . I highly recommend this place . Tammy F lived there 2010 until 2015

Bad people skills – The man thats incharge is nice but the woman Lisa is mean and doesnt comunicate well with renters or her business partner. The places are shabby at best and they are not realy willing to work with you on anything. No pets, Problems with PRC's, Holes in walls, Tiny rooms, and things like stoves that where made ages ago that barely work. But hey if your willing to pay rent, and deposit for a crappy place with a bad landlord, its on you.
