We had a piece of equipment delivered to our yard by these folks. They handled our initial point of contact, agreements, delivery, service schedule, and odds and ends sorted out for us. Jarett came out and showed every major aspect of machine. Extremely professional and the experience would justify any premiums incurred.
We required a small part for our Toyota forklift, (which we purchased through Liftow) and Shane in parts, who I spoke to on the phone, was extremely helpful and accommodating. In fact, when I arrived tp pick it up, the part was ready for me. Exceptional customer service.

have been seeking repair on one of their used machine, its been months calling back and forth nothing had been done, machine is sitting idol doing nothing uselessly, waste time and money.
The manager at Liftow, Steve, was very professional and unbelievably accommodating. I was in a crunch with a container arriving early in the morning with heavy crates of slate and required a suitable forklift truck for our requirements as our unit was unserviceable. Our warehouse entry doors had limitations on the height but Steve searched his inventory for a proper unit for the job. This was 4:30 PM and we had our container arriving 8:30 AM next morning.
