Better hope you get what you pay for. Liftopia played a bait and switch on me. I purchased tickets for one date and they sent me tickets for an entirely different date which I couldn t use. I don t know if this was intentional or a mistake, but be warned: they have zero interest in correcting any issues you have with them, as long as they have your money.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!I will never buy from them again. I had a unexected situation happen that I had no control of after purchasig 3 tickets from them online. When I called and explained my situation to their customer,I was told that they would assist me within 24 hours to rearange my 3 tickets to another day and I agreed to pay additional cost for the change. I waited for over 48 hours never heard from them so I e-mailed them and discuss the situtation again with them and after several E-mails they refused to help me with the... read more
