Made the mistake of using liftopia back in March of 2020. Got to winter park the day they closed due to Covid. Liftopia would not refund my lift tickets which is what winter park was doing for people who bought directly from them. I have tried to use my liftopia credit every year since and they essentially don’t offer lift tickets now. It’s wrong to not refund someone due a pandemic or at least offer lift tickets for resorts of similar caliber. Just pathetic.

This company is a joke. I have tried to use my gift card for 4 years and there has never been any lift ticket availability. It truly breaks my heart as this gift was given to me by 60 of my coworkers as a retirement gift. Although customer service has been very polite, they have NEVER been able to help. I feel this must have been a scam company from the start. I suggest that one should never purchase anything through Liftopia.

after I entered all my information, it was not clear how to proceed to check out and I didn’t see it anywhere on the page. I had to create an account in order to get my purchase to go through. Not sure why I should have to create an account for one ticket. Could be more user-friendly and make check out more obvious.
