If I could give this place a quarter star I would. Been trying to obtain a circuit board for my pallet jack from them for over 2 weeks now. I've spoke to the parts dept, sent them pics of the piece and they still can't seem to send me the quote I need for the part. I call every day and they either give me the run around or don't even pick up my calls. I've even sent them emails and they just get ghosted in the abyss.
