Honestly if I could give a 0 definitely would!! I find it VERY unprofessional that I have now waited 6 weeks for my son to get a spot for speech therapy. So I call and apparently the office manager just tells you what you want to here. But when you speak with the referral manager she'll give it to you straight. The office manager is very neglect and unprofessional. If she told me from the beginning that my son may not get a spot due to availability I would have started looking elsewhere to double my chances. I think the offi... read more
