My experience was very disappointing, I found hair in my food and owner refused to give me a refund only offered to remake the meal after I done lost my appetite!! While remaking my food I noticed the lady in the front was touching everything all around her then proceeded to touch the vegetables with the same gloves . I use to always eat here but this was the last time
Idk how i feel about it. Its neutral for me. 2nd time ever having ramen ata restaurant. Im allergic to shellfish & treenuts and even tho i didn't get anaphylactic broke out in massive hives. I did get chest redness headache and just felt off. The dish did look delicious. Im used to more of pho and for me pho is much fresher w/lighter noodles & white chkn. The Ramen is GOOD. I tried the regular Tonkatsu, and the Miso. The Tonkatsu is a solid 9/10. Definitely worth a return visit

Great place for some good ramen! Ordering on the kiosk makes it simple to customize your order just the way you like it and since it’s food hall style dining you just order, pay, grab your food when it’s ready and pick a seat. Minimal interaction with the staff since the kiosk is in place.
