Bad customer service
First visit, purchased two meals for takeout and they were both very good. The area has changed it was beautiful and simple. Now, with the shops, eateries, school, and same fountain, it's all very good. I enjoyed walking around too.
We came for ramen. It was challenging to find this place, but it's part of Sweet Octopus. Online the menu lists "build your own ramen" but this wasn't on the physical menu. Luckily it was available still, so we did this. The chicken in my ramen was incredibly dry. The speed at which the ramen came out, I expected it was probably sitting in a warmer, but some pieces were discolored and dehydrated. Literally inedible. The broth is best described as bland.
