Best small PT group training in North London! I have trained with all the coaches here (Trang, Mia and Rox) and all of them are amazing and really professional. LEARN TO LIFT course is v helpful to approach strength training. Explanations of all the basic techniques, calm and supportive environment and tailor made approach to each individual needs. Also nice spot and brand new top tier gym equipments. Really recommended the assisted stretching session to release muscles tension after weight training!
Trang and team were absolutely amazing! I was a little nervous getting back into the gym after an injury but I was warmly welcomed by Trang and Louise. I felt right at home! Trang is incredibly knowledgeable and her gentle corrections on form really help you to feel safe to push yourself, not to mention the ladies cheering you on for that very last rep! So happy I found this wonderful space. So excited to join the lifting ladies 💖🏋️♀️✨️
I’ve been coming for over a year now and it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Trang is an amazing instructor, the classes are fantastic and the community (and events) are so fun! The new Cali classes and instructor are a great addition to the schedule.
I joined lifting ladies a while back and went to several sessions! Trang kept the classes really fun and even with other people training around you, she was still able to stay focused on every single person and made sure you're not slacking! 1000000% RECOMMEND to any ladies out there who feel intimidated by lifting weights - this is the perfect place to go to. I wish I could go back!
When I came from the US I was excited to find “lifting ladies” weight lifting for women because I had been doing a strengthening class in the US, but this was so much more. Trang was so welcoming She is very good on teaching and ensuring you do each activity whether it be weights or stretching correctly and safely.
