Very disappointed in the quality of service. We drove in from out of town arriving to Lifted Trucks when they opened in other words, they shouldn’t have been in a rush to leave for the day. Everything was extremely rushed. No over view given of the truck, no manual present, tire pressures not calibrated and to top it off— after driving 7 hours to get here and the PROMISE of having our fuel tank filled and fluids topped off— that did not take place.
