Just bought an awesome Toyota 4Runner from Lifted Trucks Glendale AZ. The staff (Adrian, Tim and Keith) were very professional and courteous.
Terrible Customer Service. I put in an overnight inquiry about a Toyota Tacoma. First thing the next morning, I got a call from Keith (who I assume is Keith VanAucker, based on his rather thin LinkedIn profile). We had a good chat. I told him I’d be off work around 5 and planned to swing by to ultimately buy the vehicle. Keith REFUSED to take a deposit to hold the truck. I had the privilege and Blessing to work with “Ash” as he tried to help me find my new ride.
