I dont think LRG will be around much longer. Should have listened to what we wanted 6 years ago. Whoever took over the brand in that timeframe really just did their own thing and took it in a direction nobody wanted. But these days I cant even make sense of 99% of the designs outside of the script tees and regular shirts they been making for over a decade. The material of the new shirts are way too soft and thin. Cutting corners. Such a damn shame
Ordered my son Christmas gifts on 12/6...still havent received them, or any info as to where my order is. Emails go unanswered, as do IG messages...phone is off the hook. Ill never support LRG again
It’s a scam. They don’t have any means of contacting them. The phone line is turned off, the email gets no response, the chat on their website is just a robot that goes to an email. It’s a selective scam. Go look at the recent reviews on FB and reddit. So there is a chance you might get an item. But more likely than not you will be scammed. Then they have your personal info and you have zero way of communicating with them. But they make time to post on instagram and facebook everyday. DO NOT ORDER! LRG HAS BEEN MY SHHH FOR YEARS NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES UNTIL THIS LAST PURCHASE I MADE. IVE EMAILED LIKE 20 TIMES AND IM STILL WAITING FOR A REPLY. I ORDERED SOME ITEMS AND IT SAYS ITS PREPARING FOR SHIPMENT BUT ITS BEEN SINCE THE 19TH OF NOVEMBER. PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHO I CAN GET AHOLD OF TO FIX THIS. I HAVE THE CONFIRMATION NUMBER MY RECEIPT AND EVERYTHING. I WILL CHANGE IT TO 5 STARS IF SOMEONE COULD JUST HELP ME FIGURE THIS OUT.
This place is horrible You will not be paid on time No room for advancement Managers, supervisors and assistant supervisors preach about accountability but never take accountability for their unprofessional attitudes and inability to lead production. They preach SOP but never praise employees for constantly hitting above standards and will constantly treat you like a lazy employee regardless of your work performance.
