I called on Wednesday and mentioned that i would be in the stillwater area the upcoming weekend and asked if I could join them for their weekend WOD. Not only was everyone welcoming and made me feel like I've been part of their family box for years! But they help me with my technic and also to hit a 15 lb PR on my clean! Thank you guys! I will definitely be coming back and also recommending you!
I love my gym. Everyone is so encouraging. And they all rock!
