The biggest joke and with full of graffiti that looks like a gangster gym. I went there trained there for the first time and looks very unsafe and environment. Maybe if they can take off the writing on the wall and make it look professional rather than a "hole in the wall" they might get people. If you want to put some graffiti then turn it into a boxing place and don't call it a gym. That kinda of atmosphere brings crime when the place looks like a beat down gym. Great gym! my favorite one to go to by far. I've been going for a little over a year. Mainly geared towards Powerlifting and Weightlifting. great programs offered and many different types of people go here. They even have programs for ages 40+. Also, they like to host many events and meets as well. If you like a sense of comradery and a no-nonsense training atmosphere then this is the place.
best powerlifting gym in Elk Grove, great equipment and Ryan the owner is super friendly they have open gym and classes everyone there is very helpful and the vibe is great.
