It was my first visit I was given a tour of the building which was awesome and I got to attend a Step Zumba class that was great I will definitely be going back
It's always been a great experience going to LIFT. Group exercise classes are tops; clientele diverse and quite pleasant. The location is restful and calming. It truly does inspire wellness.
Those were 2 of the most sweetie Ladies made me feel awesome love that place
I love it! There's a great atmosphere and it's not intimidating at all. :)
The NURSING WAS GREAT GOOD TO TALK to FOOD WAS GOOD THEY WAS SO NICE EASY TO ASK THEM EVERY THING.
I go everyday I can and U should check it out,it's good for me and I know it will b good for u to,excercise is Good for the body
