RecommendedGreat work out! Many things to do from walking to treadmill walking to swimming to riding stationary bikes to lifting weights. A great place to workout!
One of the nicer gyms I've seen in a while. I am not a member so. Cannot say what that experience is like, but it is a very nice gym. Very well kept. Has a little rest area in front with a coffee or shake shop. The location is also really nice. The lift hosted the TN Rythm Run, so they are community oriented. And the farmers market was about a minute walk away which was awesome after the run, and would be awesome after a workout. Nice area.

RecommendedI toured and signed up on Tuesday, January 21. I had surgery on my knee in November. I have not yet recovered to return to work. I have enjoyed the heated pool and the hot tub. I am looking to lose some weight and gain some strength and mobility of my knees. I love it! The staff is polite and helpful. It looks like it would be a great place to work!
RecommendedThe way everything is set up the staff are super nice and they are willing to help you accomplish your goals, it's the next best thing to Heaven😁.
RecommendedI recommend the Aqua area. The pools are warm and inviting. Everything else, is just a bonus to me.
