I dropped off a genie man lift for them to work on. After months of lies and telling me the parts were on the way, they called to tell me the parts is no longer available and the machine could not be repaired. After driving an hour to pick up the machine, no one could find the machine or knew anything about it. This was January of 2023. In October of 2025 they called me to ask, when are you picking up this genie manlift? So I immediately headed out to pick up machine. I just want to warn you about Lift Truck supply in Tyler tx. This company charged me thousands of dollars kept my forklift for months and months the called after several months and said the motors locked up and it's going to cost $10K+ more to fix it! My Personal opinion is this company is not safe to do business with!
