Needed forklift repair day before 4 of July for retail business. Called at noon, left message at day and nighttime phone number. They have not called back. Forklifts are not used for recreation. They’re for work. Very disappointing they don’t take care of the businesses that depend on, snd pay them to keep them running.

I dropped off a genie man lift for them to work on. After months of lies and telling me the parts were on the way, they called to tell me the parts is no longer available and the machine could not be repaired. After driving an hour to pick up the machine, no one could find the machine or knew anything about it. This was January of 2023. In October of 2025 they called me to ask, when are you picking up this genie manlift? So I immediately headed out to pick up machine.
