Personal training at its best! I absolutely love this place and would have no reservation recommending them at all! I have had several gym memberships in the area in the past, paid insane amounts of money on top of my membership for personal training. Lift Training Studios has everything rolled into one! I even drive out of my way to get there, the staff, facility and professionalism are like nothing I have experienced in the past. True transformation occurs when a person has a healthy body and a healthy mind. I am so thankful for LIFT... For the healthy community... The awesome strength and conditioning classes and the awesome nutrition programs that helped me to lose 45 lbs in 16 weeks and keep it off for going on 2 years now. I am a better person because of this facility.
