We had a failure in a lift station that served 6 tenants in a shopping center. I heard about the problem at 11 PM, so at 7 AM the next day. I left messages for two plumbing companies that indicated they served stations. One never called me. The other one called me back But explain they could not help me since it was a private lift station. They referred me to Billy at Lift Station Specialists. I called him before 7:30 AM. Highly recommend this company for lift station service! Billy was extremely attentive and made sure all of our needs were taken care of from start to finish. His assistant technicians were also very helpful, professional, and polite throughout the entire process. They responded quickly, worked efficiently, and provided excellent customer service. We have a small restaurant in Titusville. A lift station failure is a major disaster. We found Lift Station Specialists in November 2024. They responded immediately and fixed the problem. Now, we call them whenever there is an issue. They are friendly and helpful. I am very grateful for the help and service they provide us and pleased to know them. Absolutely, I recommend them.
