2 years ago they raised and leveled our back patio. It is 60 ft x. 20 Ft, in 12 concrete slabs. Before their work, the vertical mismatch at slab edges was 1 to 3 inches -- significant tripping hazards. Next to the house, the patio had sunk more than 6 inches and the concrete sloped toward the house! After their work, all was level, with appropriate gentle slope away from the house. Zack, Mitchell and Corbin were very kind, courteous and professional. One thing I would suggest for anyone wanting to use them in the future...make sure they lay plywood on your grass as the backhoe is extremely heavy and will leave deep tire impressions, killing the lawn. I asked the owner if they would be willing to repair it since they caused the damage and there was no response. For the things I did like... I had two areas at my home lifted, the front stairs and front driveway along with a rear patio deck. The crew arrived as scheduled and began immediately. The crew was professional and polite they answered all my questions and my concerns. I am amazed at the results. I would highly recommend this company for this service.
