We chose Lift Me to install the latest model of the Otto Lift for my grandmother. Despite the curved stairwell and some initial installation hiccups since it was just approved for Australia, the aftercare from Steve, Owen, and Rebecca has been excellent. While good installation is crucial, ongoing support is also very important. Recently, we faced a power issue with the stairlift, and Steve resolved it within two days.
