This gym is a gem, I can honestly say I’m in the best shape I’ve been in awhile, the coaches are supportive the environment is friendly the culture is family oriented. The district has become a part of life and a way of continuous progress for me, I recommend to anyone who has been seeking change in their health , cardio, strength and more
I truly love The Lift District. It’s more than just a gym it feels like family. The coaching is incredible, and I love that you can even bring your kids, which makes it so welcoming and unique. No matter where you’re starting from, they meet you there and help you grow while still challenging you. I’m so grateful to be part of this community. Highly recommend! 🤍
Horrible customer service. No one ever answers the phone. I even texted one of the numbers and they didn’t help at all, not even the text they reply, one message back just to sent me to the wrong address, an old building that was under construction. I tried two different phone numbers and had the same terrible experience with both. Highly recommend Lift District. The coaches are the best at training you for your specific goals. They encourage, motivate, and inspire you to be the best version of yourself. Leave those other gyms and come join a family! #liftdistrictfitness #changeyourmindset
Lift District has been such a positive experience for me. The support, encouragement, and welcoming atmosphere make all the difference. I’ve never felt this comfortable in a gym setting before. The staff and members are truly wonderful, and it feels like a real community.
