This is the best gym I've ever been to in Toronto! In a few months I've had better results than any other gym. The instructors are knowledgeable, kind and world class humans. The community of people push themselves and encourage one another. If you want to be part of something exceptional, try it out.
10/10. Lift is way more than just a gym, it's a community that supports each of its members. The coaches are amazing, they host fun community events, and you are constantly being pushed to be your strongest self. You won't be able to workout at a normal gym after a few months here
