I had such a wonderful experience! I was incredibly nervous going into my appointment, but Olivia immediately put me at ease during our consultation. She is so professional and kind, and I couldn’t be happier with my Botox and lip filler results. The environment was relaxing and my lips look exactly how I wanted. They also carry ZO skincare which is hard to find in the city. Highly recommend!
I really wanted to love this place, but the experience left me frustrated. The technicians didn't seem to know what they were doing, and instead of just focusing on what I came in for, they kept pushing extra treatments I didn't ask for. It felt less like genuine care and more like a sales pitch. Really disappointing.
