I was in the ER twice in one month for painful swollen eye and given prednisone and antibiotics which did not help. Called Bennett and Bloom and told them and they worked me in the same day. Got terribly lost going there and the kind receptionist stayed on the phone giving directions and describing the building. That was just amazing. All the patients in the waiting room seemed happy, staff was friendly, the doctor was great and it turned out to be Demodex eye mites probably from a make up party I went to. Horrible business. Its primary purpose is not providing healthcare but rather generating as much income as possible. They schedule patients so as to make sure they have a steady stream of income for the providers to bill. The results of this is that the average wait time for your “appointment” is well over an hour.
Staff was so helpful. It's a great place for cataract surgery. Dr Blair did an awesome job and made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend this place ❤️
Worst place ever of course this is my opinion. This review is for the Elizabethtown, Kentucky office. Dentist, E.N.T, and any oral surgeons are able to take care of patients. What is the problem with Bennett and Bloom? This is the second time I have had an issue trying to get medical care at this facility. The first time after lengthy discussions and accommodation, they agree to see me. When I call yesterday for and appointment I did let them know that I am unable to wear a facemask.
