I have been to hundreds of group-fitness gyms over the years. Lifeworx stands out among the crowd. Such great energy and community as soon as you walk in the door. Coach Anthony is incredible. He has immense knowledge in kinesiology and can scale any workout. He pays attention to your ability and skill level. This gym is great. Highly reccomend.
This is a great gym! Everyone who works here or works out here is so kind, and there’s a great energy about this gym. Good equipment, clean space. Also, Priscilla is the best personal trainer! She is so knowledgeable, makes working out really fun, and is just incredible to work with to meet my fitness goals. Definitely give this place a go!
An awesome place to workout!
This is an amazing crossFit gym. After decades of going to a regular gym, decided to listen to my daughter and try Lifeworx. When i first saw the kinda of workouts, was rather intimidating. I guess Mary, the owner/founder, read that on my face and assigned Priscilla as my trainer! I have had several trainers over the decades and Priscilla is easily one of the best trainers.
