Worst place to receive any mental health services. They don't follow through, they're short staffed. Not enough counselors. I kept waiting almost two months for med services referral and I never got anywhere. They only told me to go to an urgent clinic or call 988. Not worth your time

First off Timothy Shepard, a case Manager there. I was working with him to try to get Disability. If you're black you better not go here or you will be sorry. It was very obvious that my mental therapt manager was bias and prejudice towards me so I had to leave yesterday because I couldn't no longer stand management hatred towards me. My mental therapist made me know that she was trying to be genuine and help but it was her manager that was preventing her from helping me the way she really wanted to. This place is disorganized and unprofessional. Immediate openings should have been a red flag but I dismissed it and learned my lesson within a month. And facilitating a crisis time that's during lunch 2 days a week for families but having 24 hr crisis line offered to adults seems like a missed opportunity.
