I had an appt for 2/4/2025 and their one and only therapist is out of town, so i got rebooked two months out, after waiting 3 months for my first appt. they don’t have the staff, don’t waste your time.

I don't know what these negative reviews are about because my experience at this particular branch has always been very positive. The receptionists have always been very helpful and understanding, and my Counselor Kelly and Justin are awesome. I've been going to Lifeworks NW for about 8 years now, been to the Rockwood branch, Hillsboro, Beaverton, Tigard, Downtown, Oregon City and now Milwaukee. The Milwaukee branch by far is the best and most professional I've ever experienced and I am grateful to have found them.

Wesley is trash and the office itself is a fraudulent socialist reeducation center. Wesley made personal jabs and insulted my marriage during our visit. As for appointment, they called and made an excuse that they couldn't do in person but zoom was an option. I refused to Zoom so they said I could call and reschedule. I never did. A month later I was informed that I have another appointment, that I never made or wanted. Their counselor (? She may not have even been a counselor, but she acted like one), Mary, told me that I wouldn’t have success getting help because I’m a chronic pain patient. She also heavily implied that my anti-depressants and medication for trigeminal neuralgia from breaking my spine in several places were essentially addictive and should be treated the same as heroin.
