The therapist I got was not helping and was irresponsible in her responses to what was amplifying my anxiety. She said something to me on two visits that was Orwellian. I hung up on her and filed a grievance. As a whole Lifeworks NW should fully vet the therapists they hire better.
It's a joke they say they are there for you but not. When I needed help the moast they were not around.
