I have been to over seven different outpatient services for dual diagnosis / substance use disorder. The person running the group I showed up to for the first time at Beaverton location talked for two hours about how shitty their own company was at doing things. I took her words to heart and fully believe her.
Still waiting six months later for a call back from the records department, unfortunate they don't take their clients seriously.
This place sucks. I had a major issue and a minor issue and filed a complaint. Someone reached out to me by letter completely ignoring my major issue. It was as if I never mentioned it at all. And after taking forever to get back to me at that. What a joke.
LifeWorks NW Beaverton s awesome! I was assigned to Neha. This is my first experience with mental health services. Neha put me at ease from the first session. I can really share with her what is important me and I feel heard. I’ve noticed I spend less time being overwhelmed and distracted by my triggers. I am more comfortable with who I am. I am grateful for LifeWorks NW and their commitment to improving the quality of peoples’ lives.
