The staff are friendly. Overall lack of professionalism and competence however. Especially with any court ordered, duii or probation related patients. If you want to avoid facing legal consequences as a direct result of incompetence and neglect by your provider, I’d stay away from this organization.. if they make a mistake, and they will, they’ll throw you under the bus before accepting responsibility for their own mistakes. The therapist I got was not helping and was irresponsible in her responses to what was amplifying my anxiety. She said something to me on two visits that was Orwellian. I hung up on her and filed a grievance. As a whole Lifeworks NW should fully vet the therapists they hire better.
