Worst place ever I was supposed to have a virtual appointment at 6pm but never got the link until 6:08 pm after waiting since 5. I highly do not reccomend
My teen daughter was being seen by one of their counselors for 2-3 years. We had Never done counseling for a child before and had no idea how much we were supposed to be involved or not and wanted our daughter to have a safe space. The counselor NEVER made a treatment plan with me or my child to help her work through her depression, anxiety and OCD and kept signing my 90 treatment plans for insurance saying I was aware of them when I was not.
