Been seeing an intern therapist since Sept/ Oct 2025. Intern left in January 2026. Took them some time to get me scheduled with someone new but this therapist was limited on days/ times. I loved both therapist. After switching jobs, the 2nd therapist could not fulfill the difference which was okay and understanding. My son started to be seen with an intern for play therapy. Incompetent and rude. Would not trust them with sensitive information.
Worst place ever I was supposed to have a virtual appointment at 6pm but never got the link until 6:08 pm after waiting since 5. I highly do not reccomend
My teen daughter was being seen by one of their counselors for 2-3 years. We had Never done counseling for a child before and had no idea how much we were supposed to be involved or not and wanted our daughter to have a safe space. The counselor NEVER made a treatment plan with me or my child to help her work through her depression, anxiety and OCD and kept signing my 90 treatment plans for insurance saying I was aware of them when I was not.
