I had my first session with Mackenzie today. I was definitely super nervous but not even 10 minutes in i was sitting back spilling my life to her because she made me feel safe and comfortable. Seriously the best place ever if youre looking for help with your mental health ❤️
Their therapists truly care about your well-being and assisting with breaking down the issue at hand and give great advice in how to cope and being a better you. I've been with them for 4 years now and each therapist ( the first one completed her work and moved on to better opportunities which I'm proud of her for!) and are understanding and willing to help figure out how to handle life with whatever trauma and disabilities are thrown at you.
Nobody answered the phone. Took 2 days to get a call back, and it wasn't even someone that could schedule. Received an email a couple days later about next availability, but no further responses. Did not pursue counseling at this facility.
