If there was a lesser value than a one star rating I’d give them a negative. Awful company, careless personnel. They fish for any excuse reject your claim and they have a complete disregard for your wellbeing. It’s a joke that this is the world we live in. And yes, they don’t care what the doctors state, I’m wondering what type of qualifications they need to have to go against medical advice.
They should be called “Life doesn’t work” as none of their services are operational.
The company is absolutely dysfunctional and btw my company pays for their services. I get nothing in return: the app is not working, the webforms are not working, all the content could be found on free websites. I’ve already advised my employer that we shouldn’t be paying for it.
Une vrai honte ce programme d'aide aux employés. Tout d'abord, la plupart de leur thérapeute font que du rdv téléphonique. Alors il est extrêmement difficile d'en trouver un en présentiel, délai d'un mois minimum. Lorsque j'arrive enfin au jour du rdv, je reçois un appel d'annulation à moins de 24 heures d'avis, même pas capable de me redonner une date dans la semaine suivante.
